We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Notice describes how Parkee and its affiliates (collectively "Parkee") collect and process your personal information through Parkee Site, products, services, online stores, and Parkee Application that reference this Privacy Notice (together "Parkee Services"). By using Parkee Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

Definition

PT Inovasi Anak Indonesia is a limited liability company that operates a software and/or technology service business ("We", "Our", "Us" or "Parkee") that serves to facilitate Users.To meet the needs of Users, we cooperate with third parties ("Partners") to develop and improve features, functions, and/or services on PARKEE Application and/or Parkee Site that connects Users with Partners to use the Products.
Application is Parkee's property and can be downloaded from Play Store or App Store named "PARKEE", which We developed to become an electronic medium to (i) find Services provided by third parties; (ii) manage provision of Services; and/or (iii) other functions needed to support the Service ecosystem. Collectively "Parkee App".
Parkee Site is a website portal owned by Parkee. Collectively "Parkee Site".
Service Provider means a party who provides Service through Application and/or Website, include but not limited to parking location owners, parking managers, payment method providers, etc
We are not a parking management company or "Service Provider". We only provide methods, features, and service systems for the products offered in collaboration with Partners, including but not limited to parking payments, information for parking availability, parking reservation or other function needed to support the Service ecosystem that can be used by Users.
User is a party that uses Parkee services, including but not limited to Product Buyers and other parties who simply visit the Parkee site and/or download Parkee App
Auto Approve is a setting within the Wuzz and/or Share My Wuzz features of the Parkee Application that determines the mechanism for approving a vehicle’s exit from a parking location. Where this feature is enabled, the Parkee system will automatically grant approval for the vehicle to exit without requiring manual confirmation from the User or the Secondary User. Conversely, where this feature is disabled, approval for the vehicle’s exit may only be granted based on a manual confirmation in the form of “ACCEPT” or “DECLINE” provided by the User and/or the Secondary User in accordance with the applicable terms and mechanisms of the Parkee system.
Wuzz is a feature within the Parkee Application that enables Users to enter a parking location, make parking fee payments, and exit the parking location entirely in a contactless manner (using RFID technology), provided that the User’s vehicle is equipped with a Wuzz hardware device and such vehicle has been registered under the User’s Parkee Application account.
Share My Wuzz is a derivative feature of the Wuzz feature, whereby a User may grant access to a Secondary User (as defined below), allowing the Secondary User to utilize the Wuzz feature on the User’s vehicle (which, at that time, is being driven by the Secondary User).
A Secondary User refers to an individual specifically designated by the User who receives access to the User’s registered Wuzz within the Parkee Application account.
Wuzz Data refers to any data related to the use of the Wuzz feature, including but not limited to the vehicle’s license plate number, the Wuzz Device identification, and parking transaction data recorded through Parkee’s system.
Vehicle Verification refers to the procedure carried out by Parkee to verify vehicle ownership based on valid supporting documents (including but not limited to the Vehicle Registration Certificate / Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan or STNK, and the Vehicle Ownership Book / Buku Pemilik Kendaraan Bermotor or BPKB) prior to any amendment of Wuzz Data.
Buyers are registered users who make purchase requests for products offered by Parkee
Products are services offered to users through Parkee App and/or the Parkee Site.
Services are any features and/or service systems available through Parkee App and/or the Parkee Site.
Payment is the bill charged to the user for the selected product, as stated on the payment page.
Payment methods is a way that customers pay for a product or service from electronic money, debit or credit card, bank account, or other payment methods through Parkee App and/or the Parkee Site.

Information Which We Collect

We collect certain Personal Information from You to enable the Application to perform its feature whether for the use of Service (if You are a Customer) or Service provision management (if You are a Service Provider) or other features necessary to support the Service ecosystem. You can provide Personal Information directly (for example, when You register as a Parkee App and/or the Parkee Site user) or collected automatically when You use the Parkee App and/or the Parkee Site.

When You visit the Parkee Site, a Parkee Site administrator will process technical data such as Your internet protocol address, web pages You have visited, internet browser that You use, web pages You previously/subsequently visited and the duration of every visit/session which enable Us to send Website features. In addition, in some cases, browser may advise You to activate Your geo-location system to enable Us give You a better experience in using the internet and/or Application. With this technical data, the Website administrators can manage the Parkee Site, for example by resolving technical difficulties and improving the accessibility of certain parts of the Parkee Site. Using this method, We can ensure that You can (always) find information on the Website in quick and simple manners.

Information that You provide directly, when registering to the Application will provide Us certain Personal Information pursuant to Terms of Use required by each type and feature of Parkee Services.

When You use the Application to use or manage a Service, You should provide Us information as relevant, such as, if You are a Customer, the type of Service, pick-up/delivery location of the ordered services and/or total amount of Service transaction cost, or, if You are a Service Provider, order data and data related to Service management, the amount of fund of the Service transaction and/or other data as a support for the Service ecosystem. When You use Our Application, We will also process Your technical data such as, internet protocol address, internet device identity (ID) or media access control address, and information regarding the manufacturer, model and operating system of the device that You use to access the Application. We use these data to allow Us to send the Application’s features, to resolve technical difficulties, to provide You the correct and updated version of the Application as well as to improve the Application’s feature.

If You are a Customer, and if You use the Application to seek a reservation Service or other relevant Services, We will ask for a phone number of a certain person whom the Service Provider may call to complete Your Order. You must obtain the prior consent of the person whose phone number is being provided to Us, and for Us to give such phone number to the Service Provider. Therefore we assume that every phone number that you provided to Us has been approved by the owner of the Phone number.

If You are a Service Provider, We will ask for a phone number of a party that can be contacted by the Customer using the service. You have to ensure that a prior consent from the owner of the phone number has been granted for Us to acquire such a phone number and give the phone number to the Customer. Therefore we assume that every phone number that you provided to Us has been approved by the owner of the Phone number.

We may collect data related to vehicles (including license plate numbers, Wuzz device serial numbers, and vehicle ownership documents such as the Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) and Vehicle Ownership Book (BPKB)) solely for the purpose of verifying vehicle ownership, as stipulated under Article 20 of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Such data shall be used exclusively for the purposes of ownership verification, management of the Wuzz and Share My Wuzz features, and synchronization of data between users. We will not use or disclose Wuzz Data for any commercial purpose without the User’s explicit consent.

In connection with the use of the Wuzz and/or Share My Wuzz features, Parkee may collect and process data relating to vehicle exit approval instructions, including but not limited to the selection of “ACCEPT” or “DECLINE”, the time at which the instruction is given, the identity of the account providing such instruction, and the status of the Auto Approve setting. Such data is processed solely for the purposes of:

operating the vehicle exit approval function in accordance with the User’s settings;
transaction recording and system audit purposes;
preventing misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access; and
resolving complaints or disputes related to the use of the Wuzz and/or Share My Wuzz features.

In connection with the Payment Method facility which may be available in the Application, We will collect information relating to such electronic money transaction made by You, including but not limited to the name of the bank, the name of the account holder, the account number and the amount of money transacted through the electronic money facility.

If You are a Customer, You may provide a referral code to other party through the Application, in the form of a message which We have prepared for You to send or broadcast through electronic messaging facility or through social media provider. You may change the sentences of the message which We have prepared before You send the message. We will not collect any data from the party to whom You send the message.

We also use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers.

Information which We collect when You use the Application

When You use the Application through Your mobile device, We will track and collect the geo-location information in real-time and other relevant information to support the performance efficiency and the features of the Application. If You are a Customer, We use this information to, among others, enable You to see the location of the Service Provider, arrange the pick-up and/or delivery location and send the information to the requested Service Provider, and to monitor the movement of the Service Provider approaching in a map in real time. If You are a Service Provider, We use the geo-location information to, among others, enable You to see the location of the Customer, goods/services, pick-up or delivery as ordered by a Customer (as relevant). We may also use the real-time geo-location information to provide assistance, resolve any technical or work difficulties which may arise when You use the Application. You may disable the geo-location tracking information on the level of Your device temporarily. Your mobile device will inform You when Your geo-location is being tracked by showing a Global Positioning System (GPS) arrow symbol.

The geo-location information which We collect from the Service Provider means that We also collect information of Your movement (if You are a Customer) when You travel by using Our Service in the Application. We will also use the geo-location information in general and in an anonymous form to get the statistical information and management information for the purpose of improving the Application's features.

Use of Cookie

Cookie is a small data file placed in Your browser on Your internet device. With cookie, the feature of application and/or website that You access can save information or remember Your actions and preferences from time to time.

Most of internet browsers support cookie; but You may set the browser You use to reject several types of certain cookie or specific cookie. Besides, You may delete the cookie at any time.

We use cookie for several purposes. We use it, for example, to remember Your safe search preferences, to help You to use the Service (if You are a Customer) or to manage the Service (if You are a Service Provider), and to protect Your data.

Sharing of Information Which We Collect

If You are a Customer, after receiving Your reservation order, We will share information such as Your name, phone number, location, geo-location, vehicle identification number and/or transaction fee to the Parking Service Provider receiving Your request over the Service. This information is necessary for the Service Provider to contact You, and/or find You and/or complete Your order. We will also give the phone number of the party that can be contacted which You have provided to us to the Service Provider when You use the Application to use the instant courier Service or other relevant Services.

If You are a Service Provider, after receiving an order from the Customer, We will give information such as Your name, phone number, geo-location, or operator of the Service provision under Your management to the Customer ordering Your Service. This Information is necessary for the Customer to contact You and/or monitor the delivery of the goods/services being ordered by the Customer.

You hereby agree and give Us the power to share Your Personal Information to the Service Provider (if You are a Customer) or the Customer (if You are a Service Provider). Your Personal Information will be automatically deleted from the Application being used by the Service Provider (if You are a Customer) or the Customer (if You are a Service Provider) after the Service transaction is completed. However, there is a possibility that the Service Provider/Customer (as relevant) may save Your data in their device in any manner which becomes the responsibility of each party.

Communication between the Customers and Service Providers made outside of the Application (such as communication by telephone or short message or other communication features outside the Application owned by PT Inovasi Anak Indonesia and/or its Affiliate) may also be saved in the related devices. We are not liable for any data being recorded in such manners and on such basis. You agree to indemnify, pay damages to and release Us from any responsibilities over any abuse of Your Personal Information by the Service Provider/Customer (as relevant) after the Service is completed.

We may employ or cooperate with companies and persons as third parties to facilitate or provide support in developing the Application and certain services to Us and/or on Our behalf, to, among others (i) provide customers' assistance; (ii) provide geo-location information/IP Address; (iii) perform services relating to Parkee Site (including but not limited to maintenance, database processing, web analysis and Website feature perfecting services); (iv) assist Us in analyzing how the Application and Services are used as well as their development; or (v) to assist Our professional advisor or external auditor, including legal advisor, financial advisor, and consultants. These third parties have access over Your Personal Information only to perform those tasks for Us and/or on Our behalf and [the third parties] are contractually bound not to disclose or use the Personal Information for any other purpose.

We shall not share Your Personal Information to any party other than to the related Service Provider (if You are a Customer) or Customer (if You are a Service Provider) and the third parties as mentioned in the above, without Your consent.

However, We will disclose Your Personal Information to the extent it is required by law or required to comply with the provisions of the laws and regulations, government institution, or in case of a dispute, or any form of legal proceeding between You and Us, or between You and other user in connection with, or relating to the Service, or in an emergency condition relating to Your health and/or safety.

Your Personal Information may be transferred, stored, used, and processed in a jurisdiction other than Indonesia where Our servers are located.

We may eliminate certain parts of Your Personal Information which may identify You (so the Personal Information becomes anonymous) and disclose the anonymous data to a third party for the purposes of Application development, database management, Service’s analysis or improvement. We also may combine Your Personal Information with other information in a way that the information is no longer associated with You, and later disclose the combined information to the third party, for the above mentioned purposes.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Parkee, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers.

We shall not sell or lease Your Personal Information to a third party.

Security

Confidentiality of Your data and personal information is the most important matter for Us. We will conduct the best effort and steps to protect and secure Your data and Personal Information. However, We cannot fully guarantee that Our system is totally impenetrable by virus, malware, disruption or extraordinary occurrence including unauthorized access by a third party. You may not disclose Your account password to anyone and must always maintain the security of the device You use.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy to reflect the changes in Our services activity. If We change this Privacy Policy, We will notify You through e-mail or through announcement in the Parkee Site 1 (one) day prior to the changes becoming effective. We advise You to visit this page periodically to obtain the latest information regarding how We enforce this Privacy Policy.

Choice Of Law

This Privacy Policy shall be regulated and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be regulated by the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Central Jakarta.

Language

This Privacy Policy is made in the Indonesian and English languages. If there is any inconsistency between the Indonesian and English version, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

Acknowledgment and Consent

By using the Application, You acknowledge that You have read and understood this Privacy Policy and accede to the use, practice, processing and transfer of Your Personal Information by Us as stated in this Privacy Policy.

By using the Wuzz and/or Share My Wuzz features, the User and/or the Secondary User acknowledges and agrees that any “ACCEPT” or “DECLINE” instruction provided constitutes a conscious and deliberate action by the party giving such instruction, and consents to the processing of data relating to such instructions by Parkee in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Consent Revocation and Deletion

Unless regulated otherwise in the laws and regulations, You may perform Your consent revocation of the collection, use and/or disclosure of Your Personal Information and/or deletion of Your Personal Information, the requirements and procedures of which are pursuant to the laws and regulations specifically regulating this matter.

Consent revocation or deletion of Your Personal Information whether all or in part, may no longer allow You to use our Application and/or Website. You hereby state that You have acknowledged and understood the consequences of the consent revocation and/or the deletion of Your Personal Information.

The User has the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or changes to the Auto Approve setting, as well as to manage access to Share My Wuzz through the Parkee Application, which may affect the processing of their Wuzz Data. In the event a deletion request is submitted, Parkee shall process such request in accordance with Article 16 and Article 18 of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
